“Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and the one who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery.” -Jesus Luke 16:18

I’m not sure what’s so complicated about that. Jesus makes it very clear that whoever divorces and remarries is an adulterer. Those in the Church who suggest otherwise are either, A. Incompetent, B. Dim, C. Evil.
